Important: Flowers are
perishable. It's best to have someone receive the flowers and sign for them.
Our standard method of shipping requires a signature. Flowers will not be left
at the door, unless we have instructions to do so.
Important: Please
notify us within 5 calender days of the expected delivery date
if you believe there is a problem with the shipment. It's difficult
for us to help out after that time and our delivery guarantee
is void.
Important: Airline
security issues, delivery equipment failure, and extreme weather
conditions are the root cause for various unpredictable delays
that may occur in the courier shipping industry. Our guarantee
is void if the cause of delay in your flower shipment is beyond
our control. We are not responsible for any technical anomalies
with our carrier, such as flight delays, or grounded planes. Orders
cannot be cancelled once your order has been shipped. However,
as stated above, we will try our utmost to work with you and get
your order delivered on time to your satisfaction.
